Ultimately, Bynder remains the source of truth for asset selection and metadata, while InRiver receives structured, link-ready media imports that support merchandising and enrichment. To ensure mutual success, the integration includes a one-time setup fee covering discovery, configuration, and validation, along with an annual license and support agreement.
